What is your biggest success?
My biggest success was putting 30 unemployed youth of Cathcart in professional Driving training.
They completed a six months training and obtain each a professional driving licence which a a critical skills of each driver in our dangerous South African Roads.
The program is accredited by Transport Education Training Authority (TETA)
It could a further achievement if we can get support from all spheres of Government including the Private Sector. and Professional Bodies.
What has been your biggest hurdle?
The biggest hurdle for us was to have accreditation and maintain it.
We were accredited in 2005, complied with all SAQA - SETA requirements of training implementation and management of learners' results.
