What is your biggest success?
One of our greatest achievements at The Nabai Foundation has been the successful launch and impact of the Afternoon Enrichment Program for Girls. This initiative has provided a safe and supportive environment for young girls to access academic support, mentorship, life skills training, and emotional wellness resources. Many of the girls we’ve worked with have shown remarkable personal growth, improved school performance, and greater confidence in themselves and their future. Seeing girls who once struggled with self-esteem and peer pressure now mentoring others and leading with purpose is a powerful testament to the impact of our work. This achievement represents not just a milestone for the Foundation, but a meaningful step toward transforming communities—one empowered girl at a time.
What has been your biggest hurdle?
Our biggest hurdle has been securing consistent funding and resources to meet the growing needs of the communities we serve. While the demand for our programs—especially the Afternoon Enrichment Program and Feeding Schemes continues to rise, limited financial support often restricts how far we can extend our reach. This challenge has forced us to make difficult decisions, sometimes turning away those in urgent need. Despite this, we remain committed and have become resourceful in building partnerships, seeking donations, and involving local volunteers. Every hurdle has strengthened our resilience and deepened our passion to serve. We believe that with the right support, we can overcome these limitations and continue changing lives.
