Bring about positive change within the Industry by empowering women in leadership and also give opportunity to the youth with or without experience to help fight unemployment in South Africa. Diverse Intellectual SA finds its expression mainly in the BPO sector and is focused on servicing the UK, USA, AU and SA market. We help businesses achieve their full potential by driving sales, implementing their vision and executing their strategy. We specialise in various services such as sales acquisition, customer service, lead generation and many more.

What is your biggest success?

As a woman stepping into the predominantly male-dominated call center industry, I was acutely aware of the challenges that lay ahead. However, my passion for enhancing customer service and creating meaningful employment opportunities drove me to carve out a space for myself and others like me.

What has been your biggest hurdle?

Navigating through an environment that often underestimated my capabilities, I faced significant hurdles from securing initial funding to being taken seriously by industry peers and potential clients.
