What is your biggest success?

My biggest success has been pursuing my passion for interior design, which reflects a deep commitment to pursuing my dreams. I have obtained a Diploma of Interior Design in order to equip myself with the necessary skills, knowledge and credentials to establish myself as a professional in the field. I have created a unique brand identity, the name Fuchsia Spaces embodies a sense of creativity, sophistication and individuality. My background in Internal Audit has instilled in me meticulous attention to detail, which translates seamlessly in my interior design work. I have a dedication to understanding and fulfilling my clients needs and desires has earned me trust and secured me repeat business.

What has been your biggest hurdle?

My biggest hurdles are my marketing strategy as I have not been able to find a marketing strategy that can attract my target audience. As a result, I have not been able to consistently secure clients. Further, I am currently working as an Internal Auditor on a full-time basis, therefore, I have not had proper time dedicated to fully focusing on developing and implementing a proper strategy for my business. I often have deadlines specific to my Internal Audit job and get to my business as and when I can. Funding has also been a challenge; in that I do not always have funds available to explore various opportunities. For example, I would like to introduce a product line, (custom diffusers) which requires some capital.
