What does your company do?
Ngwanethrifts sell clean, second hand clothing that is good quality, we believe our business is not only for profit but also for helping taking care of our environment and reduce landfills. We buy and sell kiddies and women's clothing mostly because of our vision: to sell at an affordable price quality clothes to those who can't afford. My mission, is to make sure people understand what thrifting is and how beneficial it is for our environment and families.
What is your biggest success?
To actually start the business with nothing and be able to make R4000 in my first month online. This showed me how much more I can do with physical stores.
What has been your biggest hurdle?
Being limited online. Many of my customers don't have much access or easy data to be online and use courier.
