What does your company do?
We cater for children with special needs. Our school takes from preschool to grade 9 including autistic and mild CP
What is your biggest success?
We started last year with 8 kids and few educators, today we sitting at 33 and I have managed to employ more staff. Seeing the school growing every day and also most children are improving in their learning. That is my biggest achievement
What has been your biggest hurdle?
Mmm where do I begin, I started the school with a little working Capital and it has been a long and very stressful journey. Failure is not my opinion I was able to continue knowing one day things will change for better.
