What is your biggest success?
Sponsoring the kindergarten where my child flourished, we installed a vibrant Shadeport as a token of gratitude for their exceptional care. Amidst the demanding and time-consuming nature of construction, this act illuminated our purpose. It became evident that our calling transcends mere business. It's about enriching communities, nurturing young minds, and giving back. This realization reaffirmed our commitment to making a meaningful difference in people's lives.
What has been your biggest hurdle?
The biggest hurdle in reviving our business post-2020 was starting almost like from the bottom again the devastating COVID-19 pandemic was an eye opener .The upheaval it caused was disrupting supply chains, crippling operations, and shattering consumer confidence. Rebuilding amidst economic uncertainty it cause us to loose client trust even though it was a global crisis you would feel at the end of the call that client thought we making excuses. Adapting to new health and safety protocols, addressing financial setbacks, and reestablishing trust with clients were formidable challenges. Overcoming this tumultuous period required resilience, innovation, and unwavering determination to emerge stronger than before.
