With a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences, we aim to become the go-to-destination for modern professionals, luxury seekers and beauty aficionados in the area of Johannesburg.
Our passion for beauty and our desires to provide a haven of relaxation and rejuvenation led us to establish this business. As experienced professionals in the beauty industry, we have identified a gap in the market for a salon that offers a wide range of derives, tailored to the unique needs and preferences of our clients diverse customer segments.
What is your biggest success?
My biggest. success was the purchasing and launch and Leeste Luxury that my mother and I lay ached in February 2024 in Cresta Randburg.
My role involved as the CEO of the company is managing the day to day operations of the company such as, managing appointments, working the reception, ensuring that my staff have all the correct tools at their disposal so that they are able to execute the best results that align with our brand image and goals. This has resulted in a 26% increase in our sales and we have received positive feedback from clients
This achievement resulted in helping my staff who are all breadwinners in their family by ensuring that they are able to provide for their families. My current skills of communication and problem solving and being hands on in the business allows me to quickly identify problem areas and work on them swiftly. This has had a positive impact on myself well, as I have been attending entrepreneurial seminars and I also plan on enrolling into a short business course to up my knowledge on my business operations.
What has been your biggest hurdle?
My biggest hurdle has ben managing cash flow and securing funding for the business. This has a negative impact on the business we are unable to function at our maximum because of lack of funds.
As a newly launched business I struggle to mange the revenue with outgoing expenses leading to financial uncertainty and limiting my ability to invest in opportunities that will endure our growth. This hurdle stems from inadequate accounting and financial systems. We are able to forecast and plan for the future because of this.
