We run an NPO that focuses on kids and adults that are coming from disadvantaged backgrounds. Assist rape victims, feed homeless people and supply school girls with Sanitary Towels. Coach young girls and boys. Fighting crime. I’m a voice for voiceless people. Supply schools with school shoes and uniforms for needy kids. Awareness of gender abuse. Buy groceries for needy homes. Collect blankets for homeless winter season.
What is your biggest success?
Being awarded by the Community of Kwazakhele township. Awarded by Collen Mashawana Foundation. Award winner for The Herald and Nelson Mandela University Citizen of The Year 2021. 2023 Local Heroes Award Winner Supporting rape victims and encouraging them to open cases against their perpetrators and to see case in courts. Be able to focus in almost the whole EC and Gauteng community.
What has been your biggest hurdle?
Lack of sponsorship and Funding to be able to reach deep rural areas as they are mostly in need of help. Rural people are tend to be forgotten and neglected most we focus on urban communities.
