What is your biggest success?
My biggest success in my business I have managed to rent a space for my spa, I have expand in my client base. I have gained loyalty from my clients and the level of satisfaction is high. My spa have grown over time so far we have managed to employe 2 permanent employees and we have 3 part time. We are now able to take part in the local community hosting charity work.
What has been your biggest hurdle?
In past few years we were struggling to get a place to work in, and also covid was a set back to us.
