What does your company do?

Our main focus areas is working with leadership to cultivate a healthy culture where their people can thrive through alignment of their people strategy to their business strategy and supporting them in taking their people on the journey with them.

What is your biggest success?
Being able to work with blue chip clients such as: RMB, Discovery, Ashburton Investments, Thebe Investments, New Frontiers Tours, Allan Grey, Empire Synergy Botswana and Imago International Training Institute USA.
Together with the above, being invited as a regular media guest to talk around topics such as communication, relationships, conflict management and more.
What has been your biggest hurdle?
Being resilient enough to stay the course and not give in to self doubt when my business was not making a profit while at the same time going through a divorce.
