What does your company do?
We are a Laundry and Dry cleaning business operating in a mining town which is also in the bushveld attracting many tourists who come for hunting and game drives.
We offer home and office cleaning among other additional services.
We are passionate about making life easy for those who are not having the luxury of taking time to do their own laundry and tidying up their homes. We pride ourselves with the Satisfaction of our Clients by asking them to review our services in order to improve the quality thereof if needed.
What is your biggest success?
We have tapped into the power of social media which saw us making more sales as more people have been reached, this increased our footprint at the shop.
Having more personal hunters coming back for our services, they entrusted us with their clients from different parts of the world and they were happy with our service. This impacted our sales positively, it is a leg that is having a great growth potential especially in hunting season.
What has been your biggest hurdle?
We do not yet own our dry cleaning equipment and therefore we have to allow the items to accumulate before we can cover the cost of fuel to transport the clothes to a nearby town, this has deterred some of our clients because of the waiting period of 3 to 7 days return.
However, we have seen more people bringing their items and this has begun to shorten the amount of time we have to wait before transporting the clothes.
