What is your biggest success?
My biggest success has been receiving feedback from customers as to how they have been enjoying the product and how it has helped with their wellbeing. I remember a client from the I heart Market in Durban North who told me that she is going to light the “I Am Grateful” candle in warm sandalwood daily to remind her self to be grateful for all that she has. Another client at this Market told me that she can see that I am putting my love and passion into my products.
What has been your biggest hurdle?
My biggest hurdle has been to learn how to properly market my product on social media. I have spoken to marketing managers and I have been improving in what they’ve taught me so far.
