What does your company do?
My company teaches women the necessary skills to navigate their career/business/life with grace and confidence. We also teach women the importance of investing in themselves and creating a prosperous life. We apply mastery method approach to coaching which requires acknowledgement, acceptance and aligned action in order to move ourselves forward and achieve desired outcomes.
Our coaching provides a safe community of like minded women who support each other through their personal growth journey.
What is your biggest success?
Helping women negotiate better compensation.
Creating women millionaires
Teaching women interview skills and seeing them placed successfully.
Creating a safe community of women for women.
Creating spaces ( hosting workshops) for women to make real connections with other women

What has been your biggest hurdle?
Not realising soon enough that prioritising and sourcing funding to create the online coaching platform which potentially could support thousands of women and make an even bigger impact on women's lives both locally and globally
