What does your company do?
We offer educational support. We do one on one session with learners to test their strength and weakness. We give extra support to learners who struggle in learning. We assist learners with school activities such as homework etc. We read for and with them books and stories so that they can get used to reading and read for fun.
What is your biggest success?
We were able to teach more than 300 learners from 3 communities . Out of that 300 98 percent of them are now able to read and write. All the learners are doing their school work daily. They have fall in love with reading and are now able to read not only when they are requested but for fun. Those who had no confince has gained it.
What has been your biggest hurdle?
We had difficulties in sourcing the resources for the learners. And also the time that we had with learners is too little for our plans. Only if we had food for them then we will have more time with them and do more activities.
