What does your company do?
Self-awareness for effective career guidance. As early as Grade 8 we conduct cognitive assessments to identify any learning challenges, then Psychometric Assessments for self awareness and career counselling. Grade 9 we provide self awareness, and career exposure activities such as hike and talks with students and professionals, then we assist with identifying requirements for their desired careers so they can choose accurate subjects in grade 10.Grade 10, 11 and 12 we provide personal development mentorship and tutoring based on unique learning and teaching styles and then assistance with applications with higher learning and bursaries.
What is your biggest success?
1st cohort of learners have now graduated with honors at universities,through bursaries we helped them apply for in grade 12.
What has been your biggest hurdle?
lack of funds. inconsistencies with staff members due to seeking work opportunities so they can earn a living.
