Being a woman in the mining business can be a significant achievement on itself. Mining has been male-dominated industries and women in mining often face challenges and barriers. Been there for so many years and still striving it’s a success.
What has been your biggest hurdle?
Some common hurdles I faced in the mining business include gender bias, lack of inclusivity, limited access to opportunities.
