Working with tertiary institutions; it comes at the most unexpected time butva welcome gesture as it brings in big business and allows us to expand the team, even on a temporary basis.
What has been your biggest hurdle?
Definitely personnel! Personnel are the biggest asset of any business. I've learned that I'm good at what I do but I need to continue learning to be a good manager for my team so they can also grow and resolve conflict satisfactorily. Well that is after surviving covid of course
