What is your biggest success?
RPA, utilizing software robots, automates data extraction, validation, and entry processes. We assisted a financial services company in implementing RPA for automating loan application data entry. Software robots extracted applicant information from scanned documents, validated it against predefined rules, and entered it into the loan origination system seamlessly. This led to faster loan processing and improved data accuracy by eliminating human errors. Additionally, RPA reduced manual effort, freeing up resources for more valuable tasks. Employees could focus on complex tasks rather than repetitive data entry. Overall, RPA implementation enhanced efficiency, accuracy, and resource utilization for the company.
Also successfully training employees from one of the major bank in Southern Africa in Artificial Intelligence led to a remarkable achievement: a 100% pass rate for delegates who took the AI international exams.
What has been your biggest hurdle?
Facing rejection from the banks for expansion capital due to our current lack of profitability remains a significant challenge.
