What is your biggest success?
When we (my now late husband and I) founded Tshepiso Branding Solutions in 2018, we started small, mainly servicing SMMEs. Over time, we have grown significantly, now securing loyal clients like the Liberty Group, Spur Corp,IIEMSA and MSC Cruises. Our journey has been marked by significant challenges and layers of growth. We have recently moved from a home-based setup to securing our own office space in Linbro Park. This transition was crucial for our growth, along with winning first place in a pitching competition, we were able to secure funds and invested in our own machines, enhancing our service speed, and enabling us to offer more competitive pricing. The office space represents our progress and our capability to handle larger projects efficiently. Despite these hurdles, we have achieved consistent client retention, year-on-year revenue growth, and established partnerships with ideal corporate and retail clients. Our success story is a testament to our vision, resilience, and unwavering commitment to sustainability and client satisfaction. This is our story, and it’s one I am incredibly proud of.
What has been your biggest hurdle?
One of the biggest hurdles we faced was the loss of my husband and business partner. This personal tragedy struck at a time when we were still navigating inconsistent income streams. Despite these difficulties, my resilience and determination ensured that Tshepiso Branding Solutions continued to thrive. This perseverance has been a cornerstone of our journey.
