What is your biggest success?
Getting into a male dominated industry, my biggest success is being accepted onto many major insurance panels in South Africa and running a thriving business despite all the negativity around this industry.
What has been your biggest hurdle?
My biggest hurdle has been COVID-19,
We had to downscale offices and work from home due to rental constraints and the financial impact covid has placed on our business but we are gracefully overcoming it. Another big hurdle has been the Durban Looting and Riots that caused significant damage to my business vehicles which I had to repair without using my insurance cover.
