What does your company do?
JRS Solutions helps organisations to achieve productivity, safety and security by providing integrated automated solutions specializing in CCTV, ACCESS CONTROL, AUDIO VISUAL, SOLAR AND PORT AUTOMATION. We are driven by an unwavering passion to introduce innovative methods and advanced technologies that meet the unique needs of our clients. Believing in diversity being key, we are also an Insurance Assessment service provider to several banks. Operating for 14 years, we are now firmly positioned in the industry witnessing a growing client base both locally and internationally.
What is your biggest success?
I have experienced so many great successes over the past 10 years. I believe success is a progressive realisation of your goals and dreams. Every success experience helps you grow to a new level. I am so grateful that I can say that I am improving and growing. My greatest success is being able to achieve my goals year after year and consistently growing to be better than I was last year.
What has been your biggest hurdle?
My biggest hurdle was self-doubt. Being a woman in a male dominated industry, I faced many fears, because I did not believe in myself. I eventually realised that my strength does not rely on my technical expertise but on my ability to believe in myself and the product and services that our company provides. I became courageous, stepping into new territory, seizing opportunities whilst executing it in the unique grace that only I as a woman know how to do.
