What does your company do?
At Tara Transform, we are a coaching and consulting agency with a core commitment to an African Feminist ethos. We support women led teams across Africa and the Globak South, in the social impact sector, through expert-led consulting in strategy, financial resilience, and gender-inclusive leadership and board development. Our transformative coaching offerings range from feminist leadership development to team coaching for executives and women-led teams.
What is your biggest success?
Build a trusted and reputable business that works with organisations in Africa and the Global South with multimillion dollar budgets to advance women's rights, social change and social justice. Some of our clients have been with us since the beginning and return to work with us because of our approach which is grounded in finding innovative solutions that understand the dynamics faced by women leaders and their teams. This business has supported me as a single parent to send my child to a good school and to start building investments for our future
What has been your biggest hurdle?
My one person company faces the same tax burden as a corporate. Not being able to hire all the skills I need full time.
