I started my makeup business because I'm passionate about empowering individuals to express themselves through beauty. What is your biggest success?

My biggest success has been the overwhelmingly positive response from our customers and the rapid growth of our community. We launched with the goal of offering high-quality, curated makeup boxes that provide value and excitement, and seeing the joy and satisfaction from our customers has been incredibly rewarding. Their feedback and support have driven our continued innovation and expansion, allowing us to create even more personalized and diverse product offerings.

What has been your biggest hurdle?

My biggest hurdle has been building brand awareness and establishing trust in a saturated beauty market. With so many established competitors, it's challenging to stand out and convince potential customers to try our products. Overcoming this involves continuous innovation, strategic marketing, and consistently delivering high-quality, unique products to differentiate our brand and build a loyal customer base.
