What is your biggest success?
Working with huge private companies for their big events, namely : Mineworkers Provident Fund for their roadshows in 6 different towns across the Eastern Cape and KZN - I provided their clients with catering services. Tanager company - which mainly deals with farmers workshops I provided catering services for 170 people per day for a week in different sites. PSA Union - I provided catering and deco services for 300 members. Nokusho M Consultancy Company, I provided catering and deco services for their institution graduation.
What has been your biggest hurdle?
Building a team that can work independently without my supervision. I struggle to get myself to entrust someone else because I want things done in a certain way to maintain the positive reviews/feedbacks we always get as a company.
