What does your company do?
Our company specializes in supplying mining and engineering equipment while also providing exceptional service delivery. Additionally, we are expanding our expertise into the construction industry, leveraging our strong track record for excellence in service. Moreover, we're proud to support a non-profit organization dedicated to fighting Gender-Based Violence (GBV). This organization actively donates sanitary pads and food to the community, demonstrating our commitment to social responsibility and community welfare.
What is your biggest success?
Our biggest success could be measured by milestones such as securing deals with mining and engineering firms, successful expansion into the construction industry, and making a significant impact through our non-profit organisations efforts in fighting gender-based violence and supporting community welfare initiatives.
What has been your biggest hurdle?
Not securing any major contracts with our clients, having not enough support in this industry mainly because I’m a women and the society thinks I’m incompetent and incapable of delivering on time and therefore that has lead to not being trusted no matter if I do the same job as male service providers. It’s really still a very big challenge that I face everyday of my life.
