My business is an entertainment based business where i offer people good music, food and beverages.
What is your biggest success?
My biggest success has been creating a team of employees who they can take full responsibility and accountability on these given task and go beyond my expectations, where i even get a positive feedback from my customers.
What has been your biggest hurdle?
My biggest hurdles has been lack of planning, which is making it difficult for me to achieve my business goals or targets, that result on self doubt as a young woman who is in business.
