What does your company do?
We sell home baked goods such as birthday cakes, cupcakes, lamingtons.
What is your biggest success?
My biggest success was taking a risk to feature my business at a local community market. I was able to bake almost 140 cupcakes and two mini cakes which sold out in under two hours.
What has been your biggest hurdle?
One of the daily challenges I face is the water and electricity crisis faced in the community, along with not having enough space or a large oven to bake in.
