Feel Good & Co

What does your company do?

I'm going to add something a bit different, as I've entered before and feel I need to give you guys a biiiit more insight into who I am and why Feel Good & Co exists....Writing the Future: My Story of Change and ImpactHey there, I’m Stefanie Davis: entrepreneur, storyteller, and champion for women doing life and business on their own terms. My journey has been anything but straight and simple, but honestly, I wouldn’t have it any other way. Every plot twist moment has shaped me into the woman I am today. It all started with dance, my first love. I was a competitive dancer, representing South Africa in Latin American, Ballroom, and Hip Hop. I then ventured into theatre where I merged my love for dance with music and acting. But even though I lived for the stage, I knew deep down that I wanted to make an impact beyond the 4th wall. One of my biggest wake-up calls came when I realized how many women across Africa lacked access to proper sanitary care. That moment led my mom and me to co-found XO Underwear (now XO Period Wear), a proudly South African brand designed to meet the needs of diverse women while creating jobs along the way. Right now, we’re sourcing a new manufacturer to help us continue sales, scale and expand access across the continent. This isn’t just about a product; it’s about dignity, empowerment, and change, but it has been a challenge to find the right partners to bring this dream to life.As I built my brand, I fell head over heels for the world of branding and strategy. That passion evolved Feel Good & Co into a strategic consulting powerhouse, helping brands and agencies unlock growth in a way that actually makes sense for them. So many businesses can’t afford to hire full-time strategists, so we fill that gap with consulting, white-label solutions, research and bespoke strategies that drive real impact. Our work ventures further than results alone, it’s about making people feel good about the process, the journey, and the growth. At the heart of everything we do? Storytelling and Purpose. Feel Good & Co isn’t just about business; it’s about doing business differently and living life better. I truly believe success isn’t just about the destination, but about creating a life that feels as good as it looks. This philosophy inspired The Shift. A podcast all about embracing the discomfort of transformation, celebrating the small wins, and empowering women to lean into change (however that looks for them). This project is super close to my heart, birthed alongside my co-host and soul sister who leaned in and took the leap of faith with me. It’s a space for deep, meaningful conversations about navigating change, challenging the status quo, and rewriting the way women show up in business with collaboration over competition. And the response? Incredible. The Shift has been featured in The Saturday Star (16 November), with interviews on The Morning Show (eTV, 19 November) and Expresso (13 January), plus upcoming features in Babies and Beyond and Get It Magazine (April-May 2025). But beyond the press, the real win is seeing women step into their power, own their stories, and realize they hold the pen to their own future. For me, embracing change means owning all the layers of who I am. I’m not just an entrepreneur, I’m also a creator, a strategist, and a woman who refuses to fit into a single box. That’s why I revisited my love for music and released my single Breakups in December. Just like everything else I do, it’s about empowerment, storytelling, and weaving that golden thread of purpose through all of my work. So, what’s next? Growth. Expansion. Connection. I want to take Feel Good & Co to new heights, both locally and internationally. I want to work with more dream clients, explore new opportunities, and travel the world while doing what I love alongside the people I can’t live without: my incredible husband and beautiful daughter. There are still big dreams ahead, but I’m soaking in every single moment of the ride. And as for why I should receive the Rising Star award? Because I believe every woman deserves her moment to shine, no matter where her journey started. I’m beyond grateful for this nomination, and I hope my story inspires more women to embrace their own.Every step has been an adventure, and I can’t wait to see what’s next. Here’s to the magic of the journey. 💫
