What is your biggest success?
My biggest success has been the profound impact I've had on aspiring entrepreneurs and business owners. Notably, winning the Contagious Women Award from RLabs in 2021 was a significant milestone, recognizing my dedication to empowering others in their entrepreneurial journey. Being featured on Bush Radio and in the Feature Magazine for the May 2024 issue further highlighted my commitment to driving positive change in the entrepreneurial ecosystem. Over the past year alone, I've had the privilege of directly impacting over 50 entrepreneurs, helping them overcome challenges, refine their strategies, and achieve tangible results in their businesses. Each success story fuels my passion for mentorship and reinforces my belief in the transformative power of entrepreneurship.
What has been your biggest hurdle?
My biggest hurdle has been navigating the challenges of being a young entrepreneur, particularly overcoming imposter syndrome. Doubts about my abilities and fitting into the entrepreneurial space have been significant obstacles. Being young in business entails earning credibility, gaining trust, and balancing the pressure to prove oneself while still learning. However, I've embraced these challenges as opportunities for growth. By addressing imposter syndrome head-on, I've cultivated confidence and focused on delivering value. I've realized that hurdles like market fluctuations, funding obstacles, and competition are shared experiences among entrepreneurs. Embracing these challenges as part of the entrepreneurial journey has been crucial for my growth and resilience.
