What does your company do?
We are a football Centre that has more than 80 boys aged between 7 and 19 years
What is your biggest success?
We starters in 2016 with 2 age groups now we have 6 age groups. Our first intake of players were 13 years in 2016 and in 2022 we started sending them to professional teams, 1 got a first team contract at 17, one got to play for Pirates, 3 got contracts at 18. Every year we have sent our boys to teams in the PSL, currently we are in the top 5 in SA , of development teams with the highest number of graduates that have gone to PSL teams. We are number 1 in KZN and PMB.
What has been your biggest hurdle?
Funding to sustain and maintain the development programme
