What does your company do?
To protect and encourage children and focus on positive behaviour. To help develop children's confidence and a programme where children can value themselves and others through play. To provide opportunities for creative and imaginative play where children explore their own identity and help build their self esteem.
These kids are from 0 to 6 years of age.
What is your biggest success?
It takes patience and a creative mindset to be successful. ECD teachers must be able to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively. They must also work well with children, manage their time efficiently, and stay organized. In addition, ECD teachers must be innovative and passionate about children. I started this business on 01 June 2021 and it was never too easy it..it took mi almost 18 months struggling to recruit on the other hand I was operating on a shack but at the end I managed to earn funds my biggest success is that within 2 years of operation I managed to build 3 classes I managed to have a school uniform.
What has been your biggest hurdle?
In this field of working with kids it's never easy.because you do not only work with kids but also with their parents.
You always have to face those parents who have attitude and on the other hand you have competitors who are also not happy...so I had to deal with principal who were not happy with my prices claiming that I'm stealing their customer but with that being said I manage to overcome each and every challenge calmly and now my business is running smoothly.
