What does your company do?
Our company manufactures, distributes and sells household cosmetics such insect repellent candles, body balms, sprays, wipes and essential oils. We also have scented candles, reed diffusers, car diffusers, room and fabric sprays, essentials oils, wax melts, incense sticks and unscented salts.
What is your biggest success?
February 2023 - We started selling in a shop called Edenvinne at Menlyn Shopping Centre.
February 2024 - We started selling our insect repellent combo (candles and body balms) which consist of the candle and body balm at Shoprite Checkers South Africa through the SMME program.
What has been your biggest hurdle?
Our biggest hurdle is being rejected for funding and loans as it affects the plans to expand and grow our business. There are goals we aspire to fulfil that would help the business progress and create opportunities like employment, new market for our products, alleviate poverty and develop a profitable and sustainable business.
