What is your biggest success?
My biggest success has been the ability to establish my business and see it grow from just an idea to a thriving venture. Despite facing numerous obstacles, I've managed to build a solid foundation and create a brand that resonates with people. Seeing the positive impact of my work on clients and the community has been incredibly fulfilling. Moreover, I take pride in the fact that I've been able to inspire and empower other young women to pursue their dreams in the industry. Each milestone reached, whether it's securing a significant client or launching a new initiative, reinforces my belief in the importance of perseverance and dedication. These achievements fuel my passion and drive to continue making a difference and empowering others.
What has been your biggest hurdle?
My biggest hurdle has been securing financial support and finding trustworthy collaborators who share my vision. Starting a business from scratch, especially without a safety net, has been incredibly challenging. I've had to navigate a landscape where resources are limited, and gaining the trust of potential investors or partners can feel like an uphill battle. Additionally, being a young Black woman in a male-dominated industry has presented its own set of obstacles. However, despite these challenges, my passion and determination keep me moving forward. I refuse to let these hurdles define me or deter me from achieving my goals of empowering young women in the industry.
