What does your company do?
We are a non surgical Aesthetic Clinic, offering a wide range of treatments and services to improve skin health. We are results driven and provide a holistic approach in treating certain skin conditions. We also do laser hair removal that is suitable for all skin types, including slimming treatments.
What is your biggest success?
As an entrepreneur, my biggest success is being able to reach a larger market and opening 3 branches across South Africa. I currently have a branch in Johannesburg, Killarney mall which was opened in 2019. Our Pretoria branch is based in Reds mall since 2020 and the Durban branch opened in 2022, situated in Umhlanga rocks.
I have been working on creating a “ skin health on 100” community that aims to encourage people who are struggling with their skin, to be consistent and to use the right resources and products for their skin.
What has been your biggest hurdle?
My biggest hurdle in the last few months was finding the right staff to fill open positions at our Pretoria branch. Although my employee rention has been amazing thus far, I faced some challenges with one employee at the Pretoria branch, that ended up affecting the business.
