What is your biggest success?
Our biggest success so far has to be all our happy clients that we have serviced at Xolile Ngwenya Attorneys. We believe that we succeeded in growing our firm by employing more young African youth in the space of 5 years from one to 3 at the moment. Our work speaks for itself and we continue to assist not just our clients but the community at large by being a resident legal expert on Ligwalagwala FM and teaching the community about the law, how it affects them, how to apply it.
What has been your biggest hurdle?
Our biggest hurdle has been funding. It has been difficult as a woman from a previously disadvantaged community to source funds to help the company grow and or buy the necessary office equipment required to ensure that we perform at our optimum. Be that as it may we prescribe to the notion of "working with what we have" and we are honestly can attest to the fact that our Lord Jehovah provides and we have optimized what we have and keep delivering world class legal services to all our clients.
