What does your company do?

We're a conscious social enterprise that exists to make a sustainable impact on people and the planet while making a profit. Our offering includes a range of nutritious juices, ready-to-blend smoothie packs, and fruits that not only tantalise the taste buds but also empower individuals with increased nutrient intake, improved digestion, and overall wellbeing. Our produce is sourced from local suppliers and crafted with meticulous precision. Our products marry health, taste, and convenience in a way that's as good for our community as it is for our consumers. As a women-led team committed to youth employment and early childhood nutrition, we're not just a smart choice for health-conscious consumers; we're a savvy investment for those looking to back a brand with purpose and potential.

What is your biggest success?

We have achieved ISO9001 and ISO22000 certification and are able to expand our range and enter the retail market segment by supplying a selection of plant - based goodies. Achieving year on year growth over 100% for 3 years gave us the motivation we needed to prioritize our B2B business and move our factory to Dube Trade port with our team of over 30 youth members

What has been your biggest hurdle?

- Frozen distribution outside KZN limitations - High input costs - Ineffective marketing( website & social media) - Inexperienced youth employees- need training - Low sales due to long retail customer onboarding processes - Lack of automation and optimization of technology - Production equipment breakdown- commercial instead of industrial- inability to meet growing demand.
