What is your biggest success?
I have managed to secure two flats and the land to build cottages. And the cottages are the main source of income since I bought them for cash they are not owing any bank.
What has been your biggest hurdle?
When the interest rate went up I found myself pressured to sell since it will now go up twice in one year.
