What does your company do?
The Humpty Dumplings specialises in Halaal, Chinese-inspired dumplings. Making foreign cuisine accessable to people of KZN & in a variety of fillings to cater to different tastes. We make Prawn, Chicken, Veg & Soup dumplings - all being customer favourites!
What is your biggest success?
My biggest success is being able to see my dumplings in restaurants and many different stores, being bought by so many different people, with different filling preferences, with one thing In common - they all love my dumplings!
What has been your biggest hurdle?
My biggest challenge, as a first time business owner, has definitely been keeping track of my inventory, not buying stock & packaging in advance, not realising how to properly organise my time & be prepared ahead of time for incoming orders.
