Insurance Ensuring that the members of the public are safeguarded by rendering suitable financial services to them and also educating them about their finances

What is your biggest success?

Being able to play an important role in decreasing the number of unemployed in the country particularly the youth

What has been your biggest hurdle?

Having to employ the right candidates. As much as we have a huge number of youth that is unemployed we are also facing the issue of laziness. Our youth is so entitled, they like the idea of being employed but not putting in the work. So selecting the right ones is not an easy process
