What has been your biggest hurdle?
Navigating early years as a solo entrepreneur was challenging, as I balanced multiple roles without a team to share the load or provide feedback. Playing HR, IT, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and Sales, while being a single parent to two children, was daunting. This experience was compounded by self-doubt, imposter syndrome, and the disruptive effects of COVID-19. However, I’ve learned to view obstacles as opportunities for growth. Embracing resilience, I’ve turned challenges into learning moments, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within nlightencx. These experiences have fortified not just my business acumen but my ability to lead with empathy and determination
