What has been your biggest hurdle?
Starting a business was hard because we didn’t know how to run one. At first, we had to figure things out by trial and error, which was challenging and stressful. To overcome this, we joined programs that help small businesses learn how to manage and grow. These programs taught us important skills, like managing finances, marketing our products, running daily operations, and connecting with other business owners. They gave us practical tools and tips that made a big difference in how we handle things. Over time, we’ve improved in these areas and gained confidence in running our business. While we still have more work to do, these programs have been a turning point for us. They’ve helped us grow, solve problems, and work better as a team. Now, we feel ready to keep learning, improving, and moving forward in our business journey.
