What does your company do?
we are a funeral parlor ,selling funeral policies ,and conducting burial services ,we sell and construct tombstones ,creating a lasting memory for our clients
What is your biggest success?
It would be signing with one of the coffin suppliers making sure our clients get the best quality coffins, all clients are to be treated with the same respect ,regardless of their social status ,all clients deserve to bow out of this world with pride and dignity, all their coffins are luxurious ,classy and have comfort, that's what we want for all our clients .
What has been your biggest hurdle?
It would be the underwriters, they can really break our business.they would want to communicate with the client and when they are unable to pay claims they don't go back to speak to the client ,explaining the reason for not honoring the claim and leave it to us to deal with the client,that makes our client lose trust in us ,thinking we not delivering on the promise at sales stage ,if we could have underwriters who understand the business ,it would really make working easy
