What has been your biggest hurdle?
Getting more SLA or retainer customers and being an owner of an IT business dominated by males the imposter syndrome has been a challenge I still need to work on my confidence in areas where I need to pitch and present my business.
Marketing the business so that we acquire more customers and stand out from competitors as this industry has a lot of competition.
Not having enough funds to pay for the ticketing system which we need to smooth track our activities and customer interactions to enable better invoicing process
