What has been your biggest hurdle?
Lack of Personalization: Many larger firms offer standardized packages that may not address the specific needs of small, local businesses or startups. Cost: Some competitors, especially large platforms, may be cost-prohibitive for smaller businesses due to high subscription or service fees.
Market Saturation: As digital bookkeeping becomes more common, there is the potential for increased competition, both from local firms and larger international players. Price Sensitivity: Small businesses, especially startups, are often very price-sensitive, meaning We had to face pricing pressures, particularly if larger firms offer competitive pricing or discounts.
