Through mentorship programs, workshops, and community engagement, the organization teaches girls how to carry themselves with dignity and grace. Economic Empowerment Understanding the vital role of economic independence, Talitha Cumi equips girls with the knowledge and skills needed to pursue their dreams. What has been your biggest hurdle?

The challenge lies in maintaining participation in subsequent programs throughout the year, as many girls come from disadvantaged backgrounds and cannot afford to attend. The organization faces financial constraints, as hosting events requires outsourcing venues, catering, stationery, sound systems, and inviting speakers such as social workers, psychologists, nurses, young entrepreneurs, and academics. The biggest program, the "December camp," has only reached about 150 girls—less than 50% of our total, due to the costs involved. Despite the success of fundraising campaigns and individual sponsorships, many girls still struggle to afford these opportunities. In conclusion, the impact our organization has achieved without funding highlights the potential for even greater success with financial support. With funding, we could expand our reach and provide more girls with the resources and opportunities they need to succeed
