What does your company do?
Create Happiness for its clients through strategic digital marketing and storytelling. We assist our clients by operating as outsourced marketing managers, pulling teams of digital marketing specialists together to focus on goal orientated digital marketing campaigns for our clients. Delivering on marketing plans built to support the goals of each individual business.
What is your biggest success?
Building the business that we have today. It's been a trial and error process, but we have a strong team, a solid offering that gets results and clients that we love working with. Alongside being an outsourced service provider to businesses, I've written two books to support smaller businesses, and created a Udemy course to help make marketing easier for businesses. We're currently replacing me as the CEO, so I can focused on developing the business further. I am proud of a team who is able to replace me out of the different business systems.
What has been your biggest hurdle?
Building a business as a solo owner while also being a single mom to a small child. My team and support system have helped with the business processes, but doing life and business alone has been challenging at times.
