What is your biggest success?
In 2023 Tru Blaq ran a highly successful influencer campaign with over 50 content creators, spearheaded by Cassper Nyovest, DJ Tira, Lady Du, J Something & Nkosazana Daughter. This grew our client’s visibility and share of voice, generating over 1 Billion impressions.
In 2024 I also was priveleged enough to win the Innovator Trust Women In Tech Top Achiever Award, powered by Vodacom & Microsoft.
What has been your biggest hurdle?
As a boutique agency, resources has also been a challenge as well as the necessary exposure and mentorship to access new clients. Competitor agencies are often supported with global infrastructure and full service networks, making it harder to infiltrate and grow.
