What does your company do?
Legaci Academy of Learning is a training and development company. We aim to share (our experiences and expertise), influence, and empower Small, Medium, and Micro Enterprises (SMMEs) into thriving enterprises that confidently and meaningfully participate in the economic mainstream.
Our training and development programmes have enabled our clients to grow, seize new markets, and improve their bottom lines. We want to connect with entrepreneurs and enterprises that wish to take their businesses to the next level and corporations that understand and value inclusive economic systems.
Our services include business coaching and mentoring, strategy and leadership training, enterprise development support, training and facilitation, ESD support and implementation, and entrepreneur wellness.
What is your biggest success?
1. An opportunity to mentor entrepreneurs in Tunisia, Kenya, Nigeria, Swaziland, and Lesotho.
2. Watch the company we mentored grow from infancy to an established company- Faith Medical Care.
3.To date, Legaci Academy of Learning has mentored over 500 small businesses.
What has been your biggest hurdle?
1. My biggest hurdle is directly securing ESD opportunities from corporations and not being subcontracted.
2. Cracking the international market
3. Digital transformation- putting digital systems in place that will bring efficiency to our operation.
4. Funds for SETA accreditations so that our institute can tap more into government training opportunities
