We offer travelers, travel packages or a platform that will give them access book their holiday that will give them exclusivity and cater all their travel requirement before and during travel.
Our commitment is to curate customized, high-quality business travel and leisure travel experiences, combining exceptional service with outstanding value in every destination we manage.
What is your biggest success?
This year we are celebrating 15yrs in operation.
We have stood the test of time as the company, and continued to do business.
We have continue to operate post covid which was the challenging season in the tourism industry.
Celebrating 15yrs has made me to take a moment to reflect on our journey, where we have started as a company with no experience or managing a business, with no financial backup, all we had was a passion to be a best travel company of choice. ... 15yrs later we are one of the best travel companies in South Africa.
Yes i stand today with big smile in my face to realize that, I am where i am today because i have grown as business woman, tourism sector has changed but we have remained as a company.
What has been your biggest hurdle?
Making sure that we are visible as the company even in challenging times.
In 2019 we were excited that we are reaching our peak as the company and getting lot of referrals and having a lot of returning clients.
Then 2020 came, travel was banned, clients came to ask for their money to be refunded.
It didnt mater if we paid the services or not, they were asking for their money. Some of them lost their jobs and they were in need to get their refunds.
We made a decision that for us to be able to operate in future, we have to refund everyone who is asking for refund. During that season we had to make sure that we are visible as an assurance to our clients we not going to disappear with their money.
